Tai Chi Classes/Workshops

Class Schedule

Callander - Monday evenings (commencing 19th April 2004)

    McLaren Leisure Centre, Mollands Road, Callander, Perthshire

    5:30pm - Tai Chi for Arthritis - general access class for students with mobility and balance problems. This class is also suited to   students with conditions such as ME, MS and Fibromyalgia or in Stroke-recovery. GP & Physio referrals are welcome.

    7pm - Beginners’ Tai Chi - introductory class for those wishing to explore Tai Chi for the first time. This class studies the 1st section of the Yang Short Form. Absolutely no experience necessary, open to all ages and fitness levels.

    8pm - Intermediate Tai Chi class - Beginners’ who have been promoted! ... and those who just won’t go away!! ... this group learns the 2nd & 3rd sections of the Short Form, with the senior students receiving ‘fine tuning’.

Falkirk - Wednesday evening (commencing 21st April 2004)

    Christ Church Hall, Kerse Lane, Falkirk

    7pm - Tai Chi for Arthritis (details as above)

    8pm - Beginners’ Tai Chi (details as above)

Cost  per class - TCA classes £3.50, Beginners’ & Intermediate Tai Chi £4.00 

Tai Chi for Arthritis:  Workshops

Rising Moon Tai Chi Ch’uan is the only UK school presently  authorised by Dr Lam to offer workshop tuition and certification, in addition to our  class programme

Workshops are delivered at practitioner level with instructor candidates receiving additional training.

We are able to run workshops for existing Tai Chi groups, Arthritis Care groups and put together training days for hospital and health centre staff.  If you would like a workshop arranged in your area, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
