Five Elements Qi Gong

There are Five Elements fundamental to the life on Earth according to Taoist teachings. These elements interact with each other in transformational cycles, either a creative or destructive cycle. Each element has specific characteristics and properties and is linked to specific pairs of bodily organs. Qi Gong exercises are designed to guide and balance these energies to promote health and well-being.
